I as the artist, reserve the right to deny ANY commission for any reason, if I decide I can no long complete a commission, you will be refunded based on the amount of work completed. Read below for clarification.BY ORDERING ANY NSFW/18+ ART YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU ARE 18 OR OLDER.
MY WORK CANNOT BE USED FOR AI GENERATORS OR NFTs.In Depth ToS:SECTION I. IMAGE COPYRIGHT
I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own.Conditions for Reposting
The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to my twitter or my @ on Twitter)If used commercially (specifically merchandise of ANY kind) an additional x2 will be added onto the price of the commission. This will only apply to art commissions, emotes, etc used for anything sold on your end. If only used for streaming purposes/pfp/banner, it will not apply. If I do find you use my work for commercial use without proper compensation I reserve the right to file a DMCA and/or take legal action. You will also be placed on my blacklist, and will no longer be able to commission me.Prohibited Actions-Claiming the artwork as your own
-Altering the artwork in ways that would make it unrecognizable from the original work
-using work commercially when that has not been requested/paid for.If these terms are broken, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future, as well as I, the artist, reserve the right to file a DMCA claim and/or take legal action.SECTION II. PAYMENT INFORMATIONRefund Policy
If the commission is canceled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion.I do have a rough basis for refunds:
Sketch: 90%
Line: 50%
Line and Flat Color: 10%
No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.I as the artist, reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation.However If I, the artist, cancels the commission due to my inability to complete it at any stage, a full refund will be given.SECTION III. CONTACT AND COMMUNICATIONDiscussion of commissions can be conducted via Twitter DMs or Discord. Most of my communication is done via Twitter DMs, however my Discord is "callestmebekky" if you need to contact me there. Once a commission is completed, I will Send the final product to the commissioner (if needed I may ask for an email to send the completed work to)Visual Reference Guidelines:Client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference of the character desired; please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.If you link to a gallery of your character’s artwork, I cannot promise your design will be done with 100% accuracy. Design interpretations may be inconsistent between images and lessen my ability to accurately draw your character. Shading on potential pieces will also play a part in this. If at all possible please provide an unshaded piece of work so I can accurately represent colors.SECTION IV. WILL/WON'T DRAWBelow is a general guideline for what I will or will not draw. Please keep my art style in mind when ordering; I will not try to match another artist's or company's art style (example: Disney style, Pokemon style, etc)Allowed Content

-AnthrosDisallowed Content-Characters intended to be or appear underage in any sexual or suggestive context.-Extreme Fetishes (Ask for clarification)-Any sort of hateful content, such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, and characters with Nazi/Soviet/etc. imagery or paraphernalia.You must be over the age of 18 to commission adult content. I am a United States citizen and abide by United States laws. Breaking this rule is extremely serious and will result in blacklisting/blocking on all social media, email, and any other means of contact. By ordering anything 18+/NSFW you are agreeing that you are at or above the age of 18. Confirmation via a state ID may be required to confirm to myself that you are in fact legally considered an adult, if I require verification, you are allowed to block out your face, legal name, or any important information, all I need to see is your birthdate to verify that you are an adult. If asked for some sort of confirmation, and if this request is refused, I will not take the commission. I wont ask unless I have reason to believe that you may not be an adult. You will not be placed on my blacklist for regular work, but you will no longer be able to commission NSFW art from me.SECTION V. WORKFLOW PROCESSI work best when given some artistic freedom to create an image based on the characters you provide, but if you have something specific in mind, I am more than capable to conform to your needs.
If there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the client.
Completion of most commissions are generally estimated to take no more than roughly 1 to 2 weeks at the most. But that can be subject to change based on how many clients I have at the time, what's going on in my personal life, or communication issues with the client. For the fastest turn out time, please be patient with me, and try to communicate with me as much as possible. I'd rather take longer on your commission to get something that you are happy with, rather than quickly creating something nothing like what you originally wanted. If for any reason I cannot complete a commission, I will inform the client, and issue a full refund.There are times where I will work on commissions while streaming. If you do not want me to stream or post your commission for any reason, I require notice, as well as I require an extra $40 NDA Fee.Works in Progress (WIPS):All commission types include a sketch approval stage. I will send any wips to the commissioner if asked, or If I do anything significant to change or alter an artwork. Progress will be paused until the sketch is confirmed.Revisions and edits:Any major changes or revisions must be made at the Sketch approval stage; this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose, body shape, or redrawing parts of the image.After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made to the pose or the character. If the commissioner requests additional major edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits may be discussed.If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.If you do not want me to post your commission online in the form of WIPS, or if you want to post the final product first for any reason, you must tell me when you order.Thank you for your interest in my artwork.
